2024 Event Calendar:

Community Lunch- The first Saturday of each month from 11 am - 1 pm, we get together to provide lunch for anyone who might need a meal that day.  Each month has a different theme to the lunch, thus has different offerings.  Lunch also includes beverages and desserts!  Come join us for a fun and relaxing lunch among friends.

• May 4th - Taco bar:  a large variety of items to make your own taco, salad, or loaded nachos.  Several other items will also be available as side dishes.

• June 1st - Salads & sandwiches:  a variety of salads will be available along with hotdogs, sloppy joes, coney dogs, and grilled cheese sandwiches.

• July - no event

• August 3rd - Salads & sandwiches:  a variety of salads will be available along with hotdogs, sloppy joes, coney dogs, and grilled cheese sandwiches.

• September 7th - Taco bar:  a large variety of items to make your own taco, salad, or loaded nachos.  Several other items will also be available as side dishes.

• October 5th - Chili Cook Off:  come join us for the meal or bring your chili to add to the judging.

• November 2nd - Soups & sandwiches:  a variety of soups will be available along with hotdogs, sloppy joes, coney dogs, and grilled cheese sandwiches.

• December - No lunch.  Instead, we will have a Homemade Christmas Cookie Sale - Saturday, December 7th from 11 am - 1 pm.  Orders will be taken beginning November 1st  - just send an email to Hartvillecog@gmail.com and we will send you a list of cookies available.  Only $7 per dozen!  All homemade!

• All proceeds from the lunches goes to local missions and charities.

• The proceeds from the cookie sales goes toward needs of the church.
